Impact of COVID-19 pandemic on elementary school children’s sleep hygiene

The effect on sleep in elementary school-age, healthy children during the pandemic has been studied various online survey studies with varied conclusions. However, no research study conducted North Macedonia to examine impact of prevalence problems among school-age children. Therefore, present is focused exploring patterns, disturbances, and other associated factors COVID-19 outbreak school Approximately 85 respondents were surveyed from a public Macedonia. Children Sleep Habits Questionnaire was used assess children's habits. From research, we able conclude that aged 7-8, are more prone experiencing few subscales relate common such as bedtime resistance, anxiety, night waking, parasomnia while at 10-11 would perform onset delays than younger ones.
